How I work

The discipline

My bespoke tools surface what's easy to miss.  I've developed multi-platform payroll tools that review clients' submissions, and identify discrepancies before they reach the ledger.  In advisory work I find what others miss — a GST credit claimed where it shouldn't be, a transaction structured the wrong way.

Swimflight comes from my surname, Whitingbird — the whiting swims, the bird flies: take a business that's swimming and help it fly.  It's my flagship — where I develop the software that finds what slips through the cracks in your books, so you can trust your numbers and get on with running the business.

A small business, like yours

I run a small business myself, so I know what it's like to carry the whole thing. The "flight" is the technology: bespoke tools that take me deeper — transaction by transaction, further than most accountants can. I built it this way to be there for my kids, and that efficiency lets me do more for you, at real value.
